Year 6 Camp
Year 6 students attend Maranatha Recreation and Adventure Camp early in Term 2.
Maranatha Recreation Camp is located on the Sunshine Coast, South East Queensland, Australia. Established in the 1930's, Maranatha has earned a reputation as one of the finest recreational camps in Queensland. The Camp has a large range of adventure-based learning activities run by professionally trained facilitators, and plenty of facilities on the site to keep any group entertained at all times.
Students will participate in adventure activities which focus on team building skills and personal development. Activities include mid ropes, abseiling, leap of faith, group initiatives, archery, bridge building, river rafting, possum pull.
